We employ current drones, equipped with high-resolution cameras, to perform both guided and autonomous flights. This technology allows us to capture the real world and transform it into detailed and immersive virtual spaces. Our production pipeline, meticulously developed by our team, ensures excellence in capturing and reproducing environments, aiming for superior results and the similarity of virtual spaces. We specialize in optimizing all captured models, ensuring they are perfectly compatible and optimized for Virtual Reality systems. This dedication to quality and precision defines our specialty.

DESIGN THINKING

We will guide the client in realizing their idea, employing an innovative design thinking approach. This process will culminate in the creation of a Product Exploration Document, which will not only mark the beginning of the creative process, but will also act as an essential foundation for all subsequent design stages.

We collaborate closely with the client to shape a concrete and realistic vision of their idea. Our focus is to deeply capture customer needs and compile all crucial information, allowing us to establish requirements accurately and in detail.

REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATION

Based on the information collected previously, we developed a concise list of features and requirements for the XR software. This phase considers customer needs, usability, integration with existing systems and future expansion capacity. Using agile methodologies, we ensure that each requirement is accurate and aligned with the client's objectives, creating a solid foundation for development and exceeding expectations.

USER JOURNEY MAP

We create a detailed visual representation of the customer's complete journey with the product, covering all interactions over time. This visual map not only facilitates a deep understanding of the experience from the user's perspective, but also serves to validate and improve the customer's initial conception of the product. This approach allows you to identify key points of engagement and areas for improvement, ensuring that the final product truly resonates with users' needs and expectations.

DEVELOPMENT ESTIMATE

We estimate the development effort needed to implement the product defined by the requirements and User Journey Map. The estimate will have to be reconsidered after the UI designs are finished.

DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

FINAL DELIVERY

After completing all previous steps, as well as the development phase, we proceed to the final delivery of the project. At this crucial moment, our team comes together to carry out one last validation before officially delivering the product to the customer. In addition to delivering the product, we organize additional training and conduct a detailed workshop. This event is designed to highlight each step of the process, the methods adopted, the artifacts generated and, of course, the final product itself. The goal is to ensure that the customer not only receives the product, but also deeply understands the work involved, enhancing their ability to effectively use the delivered product.
